This diary will be uber short. In essence, I believe I've found one of the biggest reasons Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters is throwing the book at Officer Ray Tensing for the senseless murder of United States citizen Samuel DuBose.
I looked at the video several times and did 4 screen shots. My final conclusion is that the victim died with his hands up.
WARNING: THOUGH THE IMAGES ARE VERY FUZZY, THE CONTENT IS STILL GRAPHIC

Here we have the cop reaching into the car grabbing the seatbelt. Notice the position of the victim's left hand.
A second later, the officer pulls his gun in his right hand (top right part of the screen). His left hand is gripping the victim's seat belt. Notice the position of the victim's hands. They are up in surrender/mercy mode.
Notice the officer is pointing his weapon directly at the victim's head. Notice the position of the victim's left hand and body. In fear of his life, he's trying to move away from the officer.
Shot fired. Officer's hand is gripping the bottom of the seat belt. The victim is dead.
Seconds later, the dead victim's foot either hits the gas, or releases the brake and the car goes forward. At the same time, the officer falls back from the kick of the gun. He was not dragged. Once on his feet, he runs after the car that has since crashed.
I say he's guilty as hell.
