In early July, Mother Jones reported on JEB's outsized fundraising:

There is a great article on the front page right now talking about how JEB is being Trumped -- and it seems to be further weakening his already "low-energy" candidacy. JEB seems "bushed."
Below I ask about the implications of a SuperPAC that has lost its purpose in the Post-Citizens United World.
I can't believe that people who put $100 million+ into Right to Rise (R2R) did so with a great willingness to just flush that money down the toilet this early in the campaign cycle.
And yet I do recognize that it is really early days yet and some of these donors will be really hearty. But that said, JEB is not exactly rallying people to his cause -- and just seems to be daily proving he's not worth the bet. There has got to be some rumbling in the ranks.
- If Bush continues to be this flaccid (Right to Go Limp?), what happens to the myth of non-coordination with the Bush campaign and will some donors start to be vocal for R2R supporting a different candidate?
- Are there standards regarding the possibility of large donors clawing back unused money? I am guessing money given is money not getting returned.
- Can "uncoordinated" monies be diverted to non-Bush campaign uses?
- Is there a possibility of great division or even lawsuits.
- Should I buy popcorn to watch the show?
