There is a poignant truth in the Trump 30k Crowd estimate from Friday and it parroting by the corporate media.
That truth is this:
In America, rich assholes get to makeup whatever numbers or reality they want.
All civilized society is premised on a sense of fairness. We set up "referees" (media, regulators, government officials) to keep the game playable. Watching the media treatment of Bernie Sanders vs Donald Trump is like watching an obviously fixed sporting event. Where Trump is committing whatever fouls he wants with impunity, and never being called to task for it.
Our society is breaking down because all the "referees" of economic and political game are either too lazy, too incompetent, or too corrupt to do their jobs.
So the rich assholes define their own reality.
To borrow some lines from Wall Street: they pick a number out of hat, they sell the illusion until the illusion becomes reality.

It seems trivial to get pissed off at hacks like Noah Gray for just swallowing and regurgitating what Tump feeds them by way of his crony mayor pal.
But these guys are the problem. Edward R. Murrow is rolling over in his grave.
7:33 AM PT: If any of your Trump supporter friends try to defend the 30k estimate respond with this: " OK; so Trump 3/4 fills a 40k capacity Stadium. Where's the CAMPAIGN'S wide panoramic shot of the massive crowd. They just legitimately topped Bernie Sanders and no one thought to document it?" Most amazing is only one reporter of the whole press pool thought to go back away from the campaigns choreographed setup and get a wide phot of 1/2 empty stadium. ( Katy Tur )
