I’ve been pushing this line all weekend, not the Supreme Court twist but the Blackstone Foundation and Blackstone Fellows. Who is it within the FBI is pushing for more Hillary investigations? What’s their motive? I know there’s a lot of Hillary Derangement Syndrome (HDS), but maybe there’s more to it. Maybe it’s not really just about Hillary. What if it’s about the long term domination of our Federal Judicial system by the religious right wing? Throw in some Birchers and Heritage Foundation Fellows and HOLY SHIT!
Now if you think they’re only Regent Law School graduates you would be wrong. They’re reaching into the top law schools in the country. Harvard, Yale, Georgetown, Duke, Chicago etc as well as the best state law schools.
Blackstone Legal Fellowship is not a culmination . . . it is a beginning
Blackstone Legal Fellowship is a leadership training program that brings together exceptional Christian law students and prepares them for careers marked by integrity, excellence, and leadership. Since 2000, Alliance Defending Freedom has trained more than 1,800 law students from more than 225 law schools in 21 different countries.
The Fellowship begins with a nine-week summer (June–August) leadership training program, which includes three weeks of seminars on topics such as legal philosophy, constitutional law, practicing with integrity and excellence within the legal profession, and career development and cultural engagement. Interns also spend six weeks engaged in legal internships across the world, working with nonprofits, governmental entities, and boutique law firms, among others.
The nine-week program represents a beginning, not a culmination, as Interns emerge with a professional network, enduring friendships, and a foundation of knowledge that will serve them throughout their careers. Those selected to become “Fellows” at the end of the summer also receive ongoing training, resources, and support through an international community.
It begins with a Summer long indoctrination program followed by assistance into various internships including opportunities to be Law Clerks for sitting Supreme Court Justices. Contacts with some of the most powerful conservative law firms in the US.
Selection to Blackstone Legal Fellowship
Blackstone Legal Fellowship is much more than a summer internship program. It is, in short, a long-term investment in its participants. Accordingly, Blackstone Interns are selected through a rigorous and highly competitive application process specifically designed to build a diverse class with strong leadership potential in all areas of private practice and public service. The selection committee seeks students with outstanding intellectual distinction and Christian commitment who will form a far-reaching network of legal professionals with the character, competence, and credentials to create lasting change in our legal culture.
They’re playing the long game people.

According to their own About page;
The Blackstone Legal Fellowship is a program of Alliance Defending Freedom, an alliance-building legal ministry that advocates for the right of people to freely live out their faith.
Again from their About page;
The Blackstone Legal Fellowship launched in 2000 with 24 interns and has grown to 158 interns in 2015. To date, over 1,600 law students from more than 225 law schools in 21 different countries have participated in Blackstone. Through Blackstone, these students have participated in internships with more than 300 different organizations and attorneys worldwide.
Blackstone is as broad as the law profession culture. While many Blackstone Interns go on to practice law in prominent law firms, others join public interest and policy organizations, work in think tanks, join academia, or serve in state and federal government offices.
Blackstone is a holistic experience, in that it prepares Interns for careers marked by integrity, excellence, and leadership. These are attributes that will serve you well in whatever your future pursuits may be. But recognizing that some students may already have clearly defined goals, the Blackstone staff is happy to work with Interns who have secured their own Phase II internship, as long as it fits within the Blackstone schedule and is approved by the Blackstone staff. Thus, it may be possible to attend Blackstone and extern for a judge.
Moreover, during Phase III, Interns receive practical career advice on topics including clerkships. There is also an opportunity to be selected to attend a specialized clerkship training event during the summer, and to receive ongoing advice from Blackstone’s Professional Development team. These opportunities and the professional network Interns form with other participants, lecturers, and Blackstone staff, can be invaluable as you navigate the process of applying for clerkships.
I get the creeps just reading this stuff. You need to read both sites. Granted some of the info is redundant, but you’ll gleen enough from both to realize how dangerous their goals are to American democracy.

Markos wrote a book several years ago called American Taliban, here’s the potential legal network that would serve as the foundation for their religious conquest of the US.
I really would like to see someone do a really in-depth investigation into these guys and how far they’ve gotten towards their ultimate goals. How many career US Attorneys and FBI agents have been through the ADF’s Blackstone Fellowship program? How senior are they? What kind of influence are they having in day to day decisions within the DOJ and FBI? How many were hired during the Bush Administration? How many hired during the Bush Administration hired other Blackstone Fellows?
