How about a general strike on Inauguration Day?

We don’t use general strikes in the USA, preferring protest demonstrations. But in this case I think that a general strike on Inauguration Day would seem appropriate. On the upside, if it is a big success, then the country shuts down and we make a very powerful point. On the downside, if it is a complete flop, then people will conclude that everybody has accepted Mr. Trump as President.
