This Village is a place for like minded people to get together. We are all friends here and we honor Hillary Clinton as a woman with fortitude and forthrightness.
Anyone and everyone is invited to join us but please leave the pies at the door. If you want an argument without facts then go somewhere else please..Thank you!
I am reminded of what Wee Mama said in this time of turmoil when you join in: Is it kind? Is it necessary?
Afternoon. This picture is one my husband took in Hawai’i at Makapu’u on Oahu. He could see the rain coming and sure enough he had to find a place to shelter at the Lookout because it came straight for the Lookout. He knew he couldn’t make it down the trail in time back to his car.
I feel the same way about the incoming Trump Calamity. Every day I hear of another appointment that curdles my soul and scares the living daylights out of me. It doesn’t matter which one because every single one has increased the tension I have been feeling since that awful 11-9 night. So what do we do? How do we find shelter from the storm? Is there shelter? It still is raw. It still hurts. I am still mad as heck. I am seething.
I am not interested in neener neener at this point. Sure I have my moments of anger and I think it but the clear and present danger must be addressed. #StrongerTogether is only going to work if we truly mean it. Watch out for those trying to stir the pot to divide us. Dividing us only works in The Pussygrabbers favor.

I know everyone loves Whitney Houston’s version but George Benson was where I first heard the song.
Just remember the children and the world we are creating for them. Pussygrabber’s World is not the world I want for my children or for anyone’s children.
This definitely made me smile!

ETA: I am not going to be able to hang around this afternoon. We are off to see my youngest dance at college up in Poughkeepsie and to run other errands while we have a rental car. (This is how NYC residents live btw. We don’t own cars but we sure as heck rent them!)
