The first rule in knowing how to react is to imagine how Republicans would react. They've learned how to manipulate the press. They even have a sub rosa committee that assigns various Representatives, Senators, think tanks and pundits a schedule and suggested outrageous statement to make, in order to keep a narrative in the news, make it a headline and advance their radical rebellion against reality.
It works, and has worked for decades, and it's about time Democrats caught on and did something.
Here's the perfect opportunity.
The absentee ballots, overwhelmed voter stations in heavily populated states, and late vote certification dates in some states are still being totaled. Hillary Clinton's winning majority in the popular vote has now passed the two million mark! That's huge news. It should be above the fold in every newspaper in the country, and the lead story on every TV newscast. docs.google.com/...
But it won't be. Unless Democratic politicians, pundits, and, just as important, the public get together and clamor for publicity. It may reassure our allies that Americans are not crazy after all. It may, coupled with the incoming evidence of voter fraud by Republican (and possibly also by Russian) hackers medium.com/..., return the election to the citizens of America. It may save our country – and the world.
Isn't it about damn time that we stop the trend of Democrats winning elections and Republicans taking office?
