Yeah, I told my wife that as we walked out from voting, she didn’t believe me either.
Voted this AM in Loudoun County, northern Virginia. The polls had been open maybe ten minutes after we got there (my wife and I), the parking lot to the middle school was mostly full, there was a line of probably sixty or so people. The size of the line stayed steady as we moved along, being about the same size when we were done casting our votes for the first female president in our countries history.
Interesting to note, here in our part of Loudoun county there’s a large Latino population, as there was in line, but there was also a larger percent of african american voters than I normally see. Incredibly diverse line, it was nice.
