Nevada Democrats are holding their presidential caucuses today (the GOP’s caucus is on Tuesday), and we’re liveblogging the results. The caucus begins at 2 PM ET.

The first results came in a few minutes ago: With 12% reporting, it’s a dead heat. Hillary Clinton has 424 county convention delegates and Bernie Sanders has 422. (Actual vote totals will not be reported.) Also, a number of caucus sites have experienced huge delays and just generally appear to be a cluster. #KillTheCaucus

The Nevada Dems have an official caucus results site, but it’s been buckling under the load. Now we’re up to 14% reporting and Sanders has a 50-49 lead. But at the same time, a third wave of entrance polls came in and have flipped back to a super-narrow lead for Clinton.

The NYT seems to be the furthest ahead in reporting results, given how undependable the NV Dems’ site is. The Times has Clinton up 51-49 with 24% reporting.

Here’s another key obsevation from David Beard: Around 50% of the vote outside of Clark County (home of Las Vegas and most of the state’s population) is in. Only around 10% of the Clark vote, by contrast, has been counted. Clark is Clinton’s most favorable territory, so that would be good news for her.

In Iowa, ties were broken by coin flips. In Nevada, of course, they draw cards. Note that these ties only award county convention delegates—not state delegates, not national delegates—just like in Iowa. This was constantly mis-reported on caucus night in Iowa, so let’s not let that happen again.

Clinton’s lead has widened a bit: 52-48 with 32% reporting, per NYT.

To reiterate the point about Clark, Clinton is leading there 55-45 now. 70% of the state lives there, but only 19% of its precincts have reported. Over half of precincts outside of Clark (where Sanders has done better) have reported. That means, in all likelihood, that untallied votes favor Clinton.
