After Hillary big victory over Bernie Sanders tonight, MSNBC’s Steve Kornacki was figuring out what Hillary needs to get in terms or remaining delegates to put her over the top. Kornacki was with Jeff Weaver, Sanders campaign manager, and Kornacki straight out asked Weaver how Bernie was going to make up the deficit in delegates. Weaver basically said the only way Bernie could win was to go after Hillary’s super-delegates by hook or by crook and switch them to Bernie.
This guy has completely lost it. Pray tell me Mr. Weaver, how are you going to get any of her super-delegates now, when you didn’t get any when Bernie won seven states in a row and has all the momentum on his side??
Mr. Weaver, do you have some magic fairy dust to sprinkle on these super-delegates?? You going to blackmail then into supporting Bernie?? In order to make this a close race, most of those super-delegates would have to switch over to Bernie, and the chances of that happening are ZERO!! In fact, don’t be surprised if Bernie loses some of the small amount of super-delegates he has.
Someone should tell Jeff Weaver he embarrassed himself tonight. If he had any sense of decency left, he lost it for good. This episode is right up there with Karl Rove and his major embarrassment on FoxNoise a few years ago. Add this to the other mistakes Bernie made over the past week, and it all adds up to Bernie blowing it big time.
