C'mon Sanders team. You got lots of extra delegates via the very undemocratic caucuses. Good for you. My candidate in 2008 (Obama) did that too. But he also got the majority of popular vote and pledged delegates on top of that. And then his rival seemed to be hatching a plan to have the super-delates overturn that, on specious grounds that she would be more electable. And we, with good reason, cried bloody murder. Yet here we are 8 years later, with a candidate who ran an excellent race but which is falling short, now seeking to overturn the votes of millions by appealing to these same super-delegates. That's BS. I'm a leftie, maybe to the left of Bernie even, and I've supported him because of his policy proposals. But I'm not interested in any candidate who embraces non-democratic means to feed his own ambitions. Stick with the issues and win or lose on that. And if you lose, do it honorably, and keep the fight for those issues alive.
