Sen. Elizabeth Warren continued with her methodical takedown of Donald Trump Monday night at the Democratic National Convention.
“What kind of a man cheats students, cheats investors, cheats workers.”
She continued, ”I’ll tell you what kind of a man. A man who must never be president of the United States. Never.”
Warren cast Trump's campaign as one that pits American against American: "That's Donald Trump’s America—an America of fear and hate. An America where we all break apart. Whites against Blacks and Latinos. Christians against Muslims and Jews. Straight against gay. Everyone against immigrants.”
She also eviscerated the notion that Trump is somehow a hero of the American worker, after he's spent his entire career swindling them. When Democrats were fighting for a higher minimum wage, health care for all, and ending corporate tax breaks, Warren said, "not once did he lift a finger to help working people."
It was all just irresistible to ol' thin skin himself. Donnie took to Twitter, like a real fighter!
Slept on it. Still seething. Another try this morning …
Frankly, these are pretty lame and we expect better from someone whose freakishly short thumbs have provided him with a genetic advantage on twitter. C’mon, Donnie, dig deep!
