This was the moment of the debate, IMHO. Hillary hits Trump on calling Miss Universe “Miss Piggy” and “Miss Housekeeping” (Hispanic stereotype).
Let’s go to the debate transcript:

Clinton: One thing, Lester. He tried to switch from looks to stamina. But this is a man who has called women pigs, slobs, and dogs. And someone who has said pregnancy is an inconvenience to employers, who has said --Trump: I never said that.
Clinton: Women don't deserve equal pay unless they do as good a job as men. And one of the worst things he said was about a woman in a beauty contest. He loves beauty contests, supporting them and hanging around them. And he called they woman Ms. Piggy. Then he called her Ms. Housekeeping, because she was Latina. Donald, she has a name.
Trump: Where did you find this?
Clinton: She has become a US Citizen, and you can bet, she's going to vote this November.
Trump: Let me just tell you.
Holt: Ten seconds.
Trump: Hillary is hitting me with tremendous commercials. Some of it's in entertainment. Somebody who's been very tough to me, Rosie O'donnell. But you want to know the truth? I was going to say something —
From HuffPo:
Former Miss Universe Says Trump Called Her ‘Miss Piggy,’ ‘Miss Housekeeping
Alicia Machado, who became Miss Universe at age 19, said she’s suffered psychological damage from Trump’s verbal abuse.
The winner of the 1996 Miss Universe competition said Donald Trump, who owned the pageant company until last year, body-shamed her and mocked her Latina heritage.
Alicia Machado, who won the Miss Venezuela pageant in 1995 and went on to be crowned Miss Universe the following year, told “Inside Edition“ last week that she faced verbal abuse from Trump “all the time” after she gained weight following the pageant.
“He called me Miss Piggy,” she told “Inside Edition.” “I was very depressed.”
He also openly derided her weight in a interview with radio host Howard Stern, describing her as an “eating machine.”
Machado said Trump also made fun of her English language skills and called her “Miss Housekeeping” in an apparent jab at her Venezuelan accent.
Trump got flustered when Hillary leveled her attack on him about how he goes after women, and talked about how shamefully Trump, the misogynist, treated this former Miss Universe. He doubled down on his troubles by responding that Rosie O’Donnell deserved to be called a pig, and that Hillary “isn’t nice” to him. This was towards the end of the debate and served as the cherry on top of a dominating debate for Hillary.
This reinforces the image of Trump as someone who engages in sexist, misogynist attacks on women, but is also reinforces his racism, as he invokes stereotypes of Hispanic women as house keepers.
Alicia Machado thanked Hillary for standing up for her in the debate:
Latina Miss Universe, Insulted by Trump, Thanks Hillary for Debate Shout-Out
In the final moments of the first presidential debate Monday's night, Hillary Clinton brought up Alicia Machado, a former winner of Trump's Miss Universe pageant, who told Inside Edition earlier this year that Donald Trump referred to her as "Miss Housekeeping" and "Miss Piggy" after she gained weight following her victory in 1996. “After that episode, I was sick, anorexia and bulimia for five years,” Machado said of the ridicule from Trump. “Over the past 20 years, I’ve gone to a lot of psychologists to combat this.”

Tweeting in Spanish following the debate, Machado thanked Clinton for respecting women, adding, "I'm with you!"
This will work for Hillary with women across the board, with Hispanics, and also with Millennials.
This debate was a slam dunk for Hillary, and this was the most poignant moment of the debate.
