24 years ago, Katherine Couric interviewed Hillary Clinton

i was searching for something on youtube this afternoon, and came across a clip of hillary’s interview from april 1992 on the today show.   it is a little more than 11 minutes long, and it is well worth watching.  

much of this interview could take place today.  that is both a sad commentary on how women are still viewed by many, and also proof that hillary’s core principles haven’t changed.

this video explicitly shows the challenges that hillary has faced for a VERY long time with sexism, and how all other women faced those same challenges as well.  

hillary clinton has been strong for children, families, healthcare and education for her whole life.  she will be strong for 8 more years.  

i am with her because she is with me.  she WON’T stay throwed!
