...this competes with limited time and limited patience so have I been eating well? Sort of? I will admit that frozen pizza has been a component of my meal planning.
Don’t be like me. Here is a fantastic video by J. Kenji Lopez-Alt with the single best way to make a one-person pizza. Cindi and I have both tried it and it went well (I overcooked mine). One tip: this is a very, very fast meal so have your toppings and sauce prepped and ready because once the skillet is up to heat the meal takes mere moments.
Cindi also suggested this would make for a great party meal — everyone brings whatever topping they want for their own pizza, then we all rush through making our own. Like a bring your own ingredient party, but with pizza!
