Florida Representative Fredrica Wilson, who called out drumpf for his woefully clueless consolation call to a Gold Star widow and endured a vile slandering by White House Chief of Staff John Kelly last Thursday, responded tactfully by stating the obvious, saying the White House was “full of White Supremacists” on Friday, but declining to name names.
After cries of nanny, nanny boo-hoo take that back, no fair, from the cretins at 1600, Sherrod Brown appeared on Jake Tapper’s State of The Union” yesterday feeling not so discreet and promptly called Steve Bannon out by name.
(And cuffed Goebbels Jr. too.)
“I agree that Steve Bannon is a white supremacist, and [senior White House adviser] Stephen Miller seems to be. And I know that studies have shown that they have their allies sprinkled around the White House,” Brown said on CNN’s “State of the Union...”
As for drumpf labeling the extremely sober and articulate Wilson “wacky”, Brown said….using drumpf’s favorite adjective...
“I would say it’s sad, it’s worse than sad, that the president engages in this kind of name-calling,” Brown said. “I just wish he’d apologize ... he could say, you know, it didn’t come out right, I’m sorry it came out that way, of course I respect, and then mention the congresswoman by name and mention the widow by name. It would be a nice touch if the president would once in a while act that way instead of always attack, always attack, always demean the way he does, too often.”
Yeah, that would be nice, Sherrod, but not likely to happen in this lifetime.
drumpf and Co. are cornered rats and fight and defame is all they know.
Thanks for taking the stick to them.
