Man spends a day delivering the perfect response to 'thoughts and prayers' Republicans

The NRA has successfully turned the the Republican Party (and a few strange Democrats) into impotent legislators when it comes to protecting Americans from epidemic levels of gun violence. Matt McDonough from “Now This” spent about 3.5 hours retweeting (mostly) Republican congressmen and women’s hollow responses to the terrible events in Texas on Nov. 5. He retweeted them with the dollar amounts that those thoughts and prayers cost the NRA.

These are, of course, only the numbers that have been published and found. There is so much dark money that the NRA supplies in order to keep from being regulated in any way. The NRA is not an organization that fights for the Second Amendment in our country: they are an organization that fight for the business of manufacturing and selling weapons.
