Usually pulling a muscle means it’s sore for a few days, then everything is fine. But now I’ve had this pain for four months. It travels. Some days it’s all lower back, then some days it’s upper back. Physical Therapy isn’t helping much, cause I can’t get down on the floor to do the main exercise.
It seems to be coming for emotional stress, as it started about the second week I was care-taking my sick bro. He passed on Dec. 1 and it was lot of emotional stress watching him slowly die in the body that had become his enemy.
Please, tell your back pain story . . . upper back? middle back? lower back? What brought you relief? What was pointless.
Should I go see an osteopath instead of my physical therapist and GP?
Do muscle relaxers help? I’ve been given a strong NSAID, non-narcotic, but it isn’t working so great.
