Republicans suspend rules, approve of perjurer and inside trader for Trump

Tell me again, Senate Democrats, why you need to try to work with popular vote loser Donald Trump and Senate Republicans?

That's after receiving a letter from the Democrats on the committee, explaining the serious concerns they had about these respective nominees, Steve Mnuchin and Rep. Tom Price.

Despite repeated requests by members of the Committee, both nominees have yet to answer important questions that impact the American people. Further, we have significant concerns that both Mr. Mnuchin and Congressman Price gave inaccurate and misleading testimony and responses to questions to the Committee.

Hatch changed committee rules on the fly to erase Democrats from the process, passing these nominees on a 14-0 vote.
