Since when did laws become partisan? Since when is the ACA specifically or healthcare in general, a democratic issue? You don't get to pick and choose which laws to enforce based on which ones you like or don't like. The ACA was approved by a majority of 60 votes in the Senate and signed by President.
I am really tired of this focus on the ACA being a “Democrat” bill especially considering they've failed to come up with anything remotely better in 7 years and 100 days.
And stop using the CSR payments as a bargaining chip as if they're negotiable and not part of the law. If you want a wall sign some legislation and get congress to allocate dedicated funding, not paying for it on the backs of the sickest and poorest
