The clip of the episode starts off showing a cartoon Spicer in the White House briefing room dead, hanging from the ceiling with a sign on his body saying "I quit" as an onlooking cartoon Conway says, "I am not replacing him."
The clip also shows advisers Steve Bannon and Renice Priebus strangling one another, an apparent reference to reports of infighting between the two, and Trump tweeting from bed while watching the news.
