And that man is an unrepentant Racist.
No, he doesn’t believe in “violence” — or so he says now because he’s said the opposite before during the campaign and last week when he encouraged police brutality — and we know he has jews in his family and black people in his cabinet — although racism isn’t an absolute on/off switch, it exists on a spectrum with many forms and variations — but it’s clear he does believe in just about everything that David Duke and Richard Spencer believe in this case. He made it clear yesterday that his ideas are their ideas. His policies are their policies.
It’s not like we didn’t see flashes of this before when he repeatedly attacked Barack Obama claiming — without any evidence what. so. ever. — that there were flaws or fakery in the state certificate of live birth that he presented way back in 2007. He never did bother to explain how a 9-month pregnant 18 year old Sally Ann Dunham-Obama managed to get out of the country, travel to Kenya and return to Hawaii with a fresh new born baby Barack without leaving any trace at all.
What did she do, swim 4000 Miles with a baby on her back?
[Yes, I know Jared has claimed he only said that to trick “Stupid Republicans” into liking him, but just what does that say about both of them?]
We saw it when he said “Mexicans are Rapists” based on a report that actually said that many immigrant women from central America were being forced into the underground sex trade and prostitution to pay for the cost of traveling into and across Mexico. We saw it when he said “thousands of Muslims cheered 9-11”, when he attacked Judge Curiel and his heritage for rulings he didn’t like, and said Gold Star Father Khazir Khan — who actually lives in Charlottesville — and his family were “aligned with ISIS” for daring to criticize him on immigration, when he posted false racial crime statistics which came from a neo-Nazi website, when he posted the image of Hillary Clinton with the Star of David which also came from White Supremacists, when he said Megan Kelly had “blood coming out of her where ever” and Mika Brzezinski was “Bleeding from a bad face lift.’ When Don Jr. retweeted a “The Deplorables” meme which also featured Pepe the Frog, Vladimir Putin, Alex Jones and Milo, then posted a “Skittles” tweet which was a thinly veiled White Nationalist reference to Trayvon Martin.
All of those were blatantly bigoted delusions and lies.
Yesterday. besides falsely claiming the counter-protestors had “no permit” when in fact they had two of them and they didn’t need one to enter Emancipation Park which is public, he added two more: Some “Good people quietly protested” the removal of the Robert E. Lee statue and that the “Alt-Left charged at the Neo-Nazi with sticks and pipes.’
And yeah, that was bullshit too.
Vice News Video “Blood and Soil”
Christopher Cantwell: National Spokesman from “Unite the Right” when asked what got him into all this:
When Trayvon Martin happened, the Michael Brown and Tamir Rice and all these different things happened. Every single case it’s some little black asshole behaving like a savage and he gets himself in trouble shockingly enough.
Yeah, that’s not what happened in any of those cases, certainly not Tamir Rice. Interesting that his motivation is exactly the same as that of Dylann Storm Roof, and then he says this:
Whatever problems I might have with my fellow White people, they generally are not inclined to such behavior and you gotta take that in consideration when you’re thinking about how to organize your society.
They’re not? Like hell.
Vice : There was Oklahoma City?
Cantwell: Right exactly, you have to go back to Oklahoma City to find a White Act of Terrorism.
Vice: Dylan Roof.
Cantwell: Now you’ve managed to name three people, and I’m pretty sure the Elliot Roger wasn’t explicitly White by the way, You remember the name of White Bombers and Mass Shooters, can you tell me the name of all 19 highjackers on 9-11?
And it goes on like that. They also show car attack and interview the medic who gave CPR to Heather Heyer, afterward they return to Cantwell in his hotel room following the protest.
Cantwell: I’d say it was worth it. We knew we were going to meet a lot of resistance. The fact that nobody on our side died, I’d call that points for us. The fact that none of our people killed anybody unjustly is a plus for us. And I think we showed our rivals that we will not be cowed.
Vice: But the car that struck a protestor (actually 19) that’s unprovoked.
Cantwell: That’s not true and you know that’s not true, you’ve seen the video.
Vice: I don’t know much about it, please describe what the video appears to show.
Cantwell: The video shows someone striking that vehicle. When these animals attacked him again and he saw no way to get away from them he hit the gas.[Yeah, that’s a lie] Sadly, because our rivals are a bunch of stupid animals who don’t pay attention they couldn’t just get out of the way of his car. And some people got hurt, and that’s unfortunate.
Vice: So you think it was justified?
Cantwell: I think it was more than justified. I can’t believe… the amount of restraint that our people showed out there… I think was astounding.
Vice: What does this mean for the next Unite the Right protest?
Cantwell: I think it’s going to be tough to top but we’re up for the challenge.
Vice: Tough to top? Someone died.
Cantwell: I think a lot more people are going to die before we’re done here frankly.
Vice: Why?
Cantwell: Why? Because people die every day.
That would be one of the people that Don Trump called one of the “Good” ones. Interesting that he seems to have the same distorted view of reality that Trump has.
Here’s a more specific video of Friday Night: “Jews will not replace Us.”
And from a closer angle: “White Lives Matter”
The attack on Deandre Harris — which was not the “alt-Left” attacking someone with “sticks.”
Paris Denard attempting to defend Trump’s lies, after he saw the Vice video from above.
Let’s be real, we knew that Donald Trump was a fellow traveller with these thugs when he was a kid and his dad — who was arrested at a Klan riot in 1927 -— told one of his employees “You know I don’t rent to niggers” with young Donald standing right next to him.
“I asked him, ‘What do you want me to do with this application?’ He said, ‘You know I don’t rent to n-----s. Put it in your desk drawer.’ Donald was alongside of him. He was maybe 16, 17 years old at the time. He was learning the business of his father. He was right at his side."
Donald, Leibowitz said, had “no reaction” to his father’s use of the slur.
We knew it later after Donald became a President of his father’s company and the Nixon Administration sued them for housing discrimination, twice.
NEW YORK — When a black woman asked to rent an apartment in a Brooklyn complex managed by Donald Trump’s real estate company, she said she was told that nothing was available. A short time later, a white woman who made the same request was invited to choose between two available apartments.
The two would-be renters on that July 1972 day were actually undercover “testers” for a government-sanctioned investigation to determine whether Trump Management Inc. discriminated against minorities seeking housing at properties across Brooklyn and Queens.
Federal investigators also gathered evidence. Trump employees had secretly marked the applications of minorities with codes, such as “No. 9” and “C” for “colored,” according to government interview accounts filed in federal court. The employees allegedly directed blacks and Puerto Ricans away from buildings with mostly white tenants, and steered them toward properties that had many minorities, the government filings alleged.
The reality was that Trump and his father preferred to have Jewish tenants, except that presented a problem since his grandfather had originally immigrated from Germany in order to avoid the mandatory draft — so they lied about and claimed they were Swedish for years just so they wouldn’t scare off German Jews.
Fred joined his manifestly and proudly Germanic mother in the real estate business, constructing homes and apartment buildings. Many of the customers were Jewish and he began telling folks that he was Swedish. He became a big-time backer of Israel bonds.
Fred’s mother, in the meantime, marked her 80th birthday by making a triumphal trip back to Kallstadt with a number of her grandchildren. Kallstadt also happened to be the hometown of the family that emigrated to found Heinz Foods in America. Unlike the Trumps, the Heinz clan never claimed to be anything but German.
Fred continued the fiction about Sweden. His son, Donald, then memorialized the lie in The Art the Deal. A reporter in Vanity Fair asked him in 1990 if he were not in fact of German origin. Donald responded as was his wont, with what was almost certainly more lying.
“Actually, it was very difficult,” Donald replied. “My father was not German; my father’s parents were German… Swedish, and really sort of all over Europe… and I was even thinking in the second edition of putting more emphasis on other places because I was getting so many letters from Sweden: Would I come over and speak to Parliament? Would I come meet with the president?”
We knew this when he started his own real estate business and decided to use a Polish Gang of Illegal immigrants to do demolition then stiff them on their payment.
The contractor used unionized US labor. Trump wanted the work done fast, though, so the contractor also hired about 200 undocumented workers from Poland. They were paid little, about $5 per hour off-the-books, and worked long hours with no overtime.
These are facts established via a lawsuit filed by union workers in 1983. They charged that the use of illegal labor had cheated their pension fund of $1 million in contributions.
We knew it when he said he didn’t like Black people touching his money.
“And isn’t it funny. I’ve got black accountants at Trump Castle and Trump Plaza. Black guys counting my money! I hate it,” O’Donnell recalled Trump saying. “The only kind of people I want counting my money are short guys that wear yarmulkes every day.”
And we clearly knew it when he called for the death penalty against the Central Park Five, even though they were still children who had been tortured and coerced by police for hours without their parents or an attorney to give false confessions and when they were later fully exonerated due to DNA evidence and the confession of the real rapist he called the $41 Million settlement for over a decade of wrong imprisonment of these men “a big scam.”
Wading into a racially-charged case from his past, Donald Trump indicated that the "Central Park Five" were guilty, despite being officially exonerated by DNA evidence decades after a notorious 1989 rape case.
"They admitted they were guilty," Trump said to CNN in a statement.
"The police doing the original investigation say they were guilty. The fact that that case was settled with so much evidence against them is outrageous. And the woman, so badly injured, will never be the same.”
This is who Donald Trump has always been.
Now all of us know it.
