Jesse Watters is what happens when you are born into a vat of vaseline. When Bill O’Reilly finally cleared out his rapey desk, Watters and the rest of the bottom feeders at Fox News got to take a step forward into the sunlight. If you don’t remember Watters, he was the Fox News “comedy reporter” who put together the insanely racist Chinatown piece. Or maybe you remember him for saying some pretty gross and inappropriate things about Ivanka Trump and her microphone—live on television. In the wake of the violence down in Charlottesville, Virginia, Watters opened his cleverly titled Watters World show with a bit explaining how unpopular President Donald Trump shouldn’t be getting all of this grief because of a few racist bad apples.

It's tedious to listen to both sides. It’s a group of fringe fanatics that do not represent this country. America is not a racist nation. It's time we stop acting like it is.
An amazing thing happens here. Clearly the teleprompter he desperately needs has not pulled up the next, closing part of his show’s opening statement. But the result is a great awkward mix of Watters looking sort of like he can’t believe he just said that. However, he did say that, and his pause is really because there is no more writing in front of him. He ad libs the next line and then the teleprompter comes right back up, as well as the graphics. He finishes within 20 seconds of saying “America is not a racist nation,” with one of the more racist setups for a show in recent memory.
Alright. Not sure … what we’re gonna do next, but we have a great show. Listen, are Maxine Waters and Susan Rice siding with North Korean dictator[sic]? And later, guys with guns threatening President Trump over food stamps.
Slam to commercial. You can not make this stuff up.
