He just can't help himself. There is no grudge too small or too petty to fester in popular vote loser Donald Trump's distorted brain. So this morning he's back at the Twitter machine, and back at poking Senate Republicans with a stick. Starting with an old obsession.
Never mind that within minutes he comes back to claim "Few, if any, Administrations have done more in just 7 months than the Trump A. Bills passed, regulations killed, border, military, ISIS, SC!" How no bills are passing but he's signed more bills than any other president is just, well, it's just Trump.
Then randomly, something (Fox & Friends?) reminded him that he has another bone to pick with yet another Republican.
You might remember Corker’s suggesting that Trump had yet to show the "stability" or the "competence" to succeed as president following Trump's batshit "Infrastructure Week" press conference. Trump just can't let it go, despite the fact that his spokesperson has insisted Corker's criticism of Trump "doesn't dignify a response from this podium." Maybe not from the podium, but from Trump's own stubby fingers.
So in less than a week's time, he's attacked Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Speaker Paul Ryan, Arizona Republicans John McCain and Jeff Flake, South Carolina's Lindsey Graham, and now Corker. All in a morning's, well, work for Trump.
