One of the benefits to being in the Trump administration is being afflicted with a level of narcissism that is virtually impenetrable. You cannot be fired, or wrong, or bad at anything. You cannot be stupid or ignorant because you’re the best. You’re the bigliest. You’re the least pathetic person you know! The much-publicized 60 Minutes interview with former Trump adviser Stephen Bannon was filled with all of the hits you’d expect from a man that is probably only tolerable for about 20 minutes, during his second highball.
You can take a peek at the “diversity” at Bannon’s alma-mater in his 1972 yearbook from Benedictine Military for boys high school. It’s like all the colors of a white rainbow. This integrated Catholic school narrative has been pushed for a long time with Bannon. When he found himself drinking in the White House, the public relations campaign for him always included this as proof of his not-being-as-racist as his propaganda mill, Breitbart would lead you to believe. Having a school that believes in integration is a great thing. Does that turn you into some civil rights leader? Defense exhibit Bannon.
Now that he’s out of the White House, he expects to keep his power by doing what he’s always done—push a white supremacist agenda under the guise of status-quo “disruption.”
