A few weeks back, one of Trump’s snowflakes Secretary of Health and Human Services Tom Price was in West Virginia at the state’s Capitol building. Reporter Dan Heyman yelled some questions at Price—who as a person in charge of Health and Human services, has all kinds of things to answer to. The delicate Price, like most oligarch-wannabes, had security arrest Heyman who was literally doing what reporters are supposed to do—ask questions. Now, asking Price if domestic violence would be considered a pre-existing condition that might be jettisoned by the Republican Party’s attempts to destroy Obamacare can really get weeping willows like Tom Price all bent out of shape. Fortunately, we still live in a free country and on Wednesday it was announced that prosecutors will not pursue charges against Heyman.
The Kanawha County Prosecutor's Office has dropped a criminal charge against a reporter arrested in May after "yelling" questions at Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price in the West Virginia State Capitol.

"I've always felt like I didn't have that much at risk here," Heyman said Wednesday, noting that the crime he was charged with was a misdemeanor. "But it's always good to see that people really support a free press and the asking of questions of public officials."
You might have noticed that Price has been conspicuously out of the limelight of late, like most of Trump’s administration not directly in charge of “law enforcement.”
