As I suspect many of you did, I woke up traumatized on the morning of November 9, 2016. Soon afterwards I took to Facebook as a way of venting.
I ended up keeping a diary on Facebook for an entire year (and am continuing to do so). I received very positive feedback from my friends and family. But of course, they were my friends and family. So I decided to self-publish a book of my diary entries. The book came out last month and is available on Amazon here: www.amazon.com/…
I am a professor of public policy at Rutgers University in New Jersey. My first two books were academically oriented and focused on regulatory reform and the use of policy analysis. In this book I apply my training in thinking about politics and policy to a disastrous year for our country. Despite my academic background, this book is written for a lay audience.
The book is designed to highlight what in my view is truly scary about the Trump presidency. I published an op-ed in the Newark Star Ledger yesterday summarizing the book which can be found here: www.nj.com/…
I’d be flattered if you checked out the book.
