I was reading the news this evening, and I came across this article, Trump Asked Roesntein: 'Are you on my Team', on CNN.com. This article struck me as being especially alarming for several basic reasons. Firstly, it suggests strongly to me that Herr GropenLimpdick Thrump is actively engaging in obstruction of justice among other charges. Coupled with his other statements and actions, such as asking James Comey for loyalty, this indicates a person who is a flaming, rampaging Narcissist who may well be comorbid (having multiple psychiatric disorders at once) with Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Asking for “Loyalty” and asking Rosenstein if he’s “on Trump’s team” indicates a severe and extreme urge for the adoration of all around him (Trump) on the part of the Orange Menace by default, since one cannot possibly be loyal to a Narcissistic person if one’s actions in any way, shape, or form harm the image the Narcissist holds of himself/herself, or engages in actions that would result in harm to the Narcissist. Secondly, this is chilling information because it establishes an intensive and especially un-presidential, and un-American, disregard for the rule of law, and established norms, which is another red flag symptom of a person with Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Quite clearly, the man overseeing the investigation of a man suspected on a veritable mountain range of evidence, some of which is blatantly obvious, would not and should not be on the “team” of that same suspect in any sane or remotely functioning Criminal Justice system where the law is valued. Now, I am not a licensed or practicing psychologist or psychiatrist in the sense of being a clinician; however, I am a trained professional criminal investigator, and these are patterns of behavior I have been taught to look for throughout my training, and have seen repeatedly in the abusers of domestically abused women and children, among others, as well as known and convicted criminals. That being the case, I find Donald J. Trump’s patterns of behavior exhibited in instances well documented dozens, or even thousands, of times to be bone chillingly reminiscent of known examples of sociopaths. Certainly, there is much about his background to suggest mightily that he has little or no empathy for other human beings, including a cold, distant, and narcissistic father, inherited wealth, little or no punishments of real consequence for bad behaviors in his youth, as well as having no accountability for his failings throughout his life.
More to the point, more importantly, attempting to co-opt or intimidate investigators is a known tactic of the guilty. Attempting to find out what investigators know is also a known tactic of guilty people. And Thrump has clearly done both of these things repeatedly. This does not bode well for Robert S. Mueller not being fired.
What we can do about this travesty of government is to recognize consciously that we, the American people, are on our own and that these abominable and fulsomely outrageous behaviors will not stop on the part of the Orange Evil One until *we* make them stop. We’re out in the cold, we’ve been screwed over. We need to make the media listen to us. We need to make Congress listen. We need to stop acting like we have time. We need to organize, vote, resist, and pressure our leaders as well as the media, to do their jobs, like Hell, like our lives depend on it, because they do. We are on the eve of dictatorship, and that cannot be allowed to happen. We are at war, and that war is being waged upon everyone who isn’t rich, white, and male by the GrOPers. We need to train, resist, and act like we’re at war. The GOP is out to utterly destroy us all and our time has come to recognize that.
