Now we know:
1) the driver wasn’t properly trained and he sure as hell didn’t have any caution-based instincts. He shouldn’t have been driving even the best vehicle of this sort.
2) the vehicle was deemed not-road-worthy. An NYS Inspection station failed the vehicle.
3) The limo company’s lawyer has claimed that the violations noted in the vehicle’s failure were “corrected”. He has also asserted that “the roads” are to blame for the crash…
...3a) as far as I know — there has been no proof of repairs on the death-limo, let alone re-certification by an NYS-sanctioned Inspection station.
