I hope reporters and senators do not stop investigating Kavanaugh just because he has won a senate confirmation to the Supreme Court. We do need to validate or discredit the allegations.

Keep in mind that with Steve Wynn, Harvey Weinstein, Donald Trump and several others, news came out over weeks. That needs to continue and I have no doubt that will be true here. The absolute worst scenario for Republicans is that further news breaks after they are all on record confirming him to the Senate.

Find the candidate that speaks to you and volunteer or donate. PS. There’s an off-chance that Jane Raybould (NE) and Mike Espy (MS) may also end up being competitive.

MoveOn is pull all spending for Phil Bredesen and Joe Manchin if he votes to confirm:

We're cancelling a planned six-figure digital video ad expenditure for Phil Bredesen in Tennessee due to his Kavanaugh position. And similarly will be pulling all planned campaigning on behalf of Joe Manchin in West Virginia if he votes yes. Kavanaugh is unfit for the Court.
