Protestors continue to swarm the Capitol and the Supreme Court, while Senators continue to give impassioned speeches ahead of today’s vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh, which is currently rumored to be coming as early as 3:30pm ET.
This is amazing, if you didn’t see it yet:

Serves them right.
If you’ve cut the cord, you can watch today’s proceedings live on C-SPAN. That link should let you bypass the need to sign in with a cable provider, according to some commenters, and remarkably, they’re cutting to a completely uncensored protest feed in between the Senators’ speeches.
For those having issues with C-SPAN (as other commenters have indicated), here’s the NBC News feed via YouTube.
Are you angry? There’s something you can do right now.
Punish the Republicans who are putting Kavanaugh on the Supreme Court: Donate $1 right now to each of these Democratic candidates and nominee funds targeting vulnerable Senate Republicans.
Hawaii Senator Mazie Hirono is pulling no punches right now. Might be a good time to hit the live streams shared above.
Women’s March is doing some amazing organizing.
This AM, a group of #WomensMarch members gathered outside @SenatorCollinsâ house to appeal to her #WomanToWoman about her support of Kavanaugh. We know how this vote will likely go. But weâÂÂre not going to make it easy on them. WeâÂÂre in this until the very end. #CancelKavanaugh pic.twitter.com/yZ9pSwMacW— Women's March (@womensmarch) October 6, 2018

New York Senator Kirsten Gillibrand:
In his time as a judge, Judge Kavanaugh has consistently sided against Americans who are trying to exercise their civil rights. âÂÂ@GillibrandNY pic.twitter.com/1S5Mviuy3F— Senate Democrats (@SenateDems) October 6, 2018

Minnesota Senator Tina Smith:
I find this record deeply concerning. It is evidence that, if confirmed, Judge Kavanaugh would take this country backwards, reversing course on decades of hard-won progress. âÂÂ@SenTinaSmith pic.twitter.com/RavMiHmz92— Senate Democrats (@SenateDems) October 6, 2018

Massachusetts Senator Ed Markey:
Article 3 of the Constitution says that a Supreme Court Justice shall hold office during good behavior. What this body has been unwilling to do is actually determine whether or not Judge Kavanaugh has engaged in good behavior before he is put on the court.âÂÂ@SenMarkey pic.twitter.com/QwplT1ZQU8— Senate Democrats (@SenateDems) October 6, 2018

I’m told that NBC’s live feed is spending a lot of time with the protesters. If you’d rather spend time with the Senators, here’s a WaPo feed:
Texas Republican and Majority Whip John Cornyn has taken the floor, and said “it’s time” to vote.
Heckler interrupts Cornyn’s rambling; shut down almost immediately.
And another protester, speaking about “survivors.” This one got a little more in than the first one. And now Illinois Senator Dick Durbin, Minority Whip, has taken the floor.
Senator Durbin: “Leave my family and my kids alone.”
Capitol Police say protesters arrested today for the 2nd time will not just be released after paying a fine... The repeat offenders will be booked and jailed without the opportunity to be released until Tuesday because Monday is a holiday. via/ @TheOtherKeppler— Ryan Nobles (@ryanobles) October 6, 2018

Check out this photo diary from Daily Kos staffers on the ground at the D.C. protests right now.
Schumer is up and pulling no punches.
Our own Joan McCarter weighs in on Jeff Flake’s nonsense.
You have @JeffFlake. You have hit the bottom. Personally. You cannot go lower. It will never get better for you because you know in your heart of hearts you helped destroy both the Senate and the Supreme Court. Have a nice day. https://t.co/ZSqhcKmzsw— Joan McCarter (@joanmccarter) October 6, 2018
