A short note of thanks:
Since I’m here, I’ll start with: thanks to the community of Daily Kos, y’all make me feel like there are actual good, thinking people in the world. You’ve made me a better writer and a better informed observer.
And I’m thankful that my family (what’s left of it) are all on this side of the aisle, I’m about center of the range with my Uncle (89 y.o. Phd) to my left and my cousins just slightly to my right but no one anywhere near the FUX portion of the spectrum.
And a special shout out to the nurses and technicians in hospitals and medical centers, particularly the ones who are working today, you are doing the work of saints.
Of course, this is a short list, the rest of you, you know who you are, thank you.
