On-street parking is fairly plentiful in the area on 2nd and 3rd Aves and side streets but is mostly metered, which are not free on Saturdays, and most are pay and display now rather than meter.
*** Please be advised that subway schedules are subject to serious messing around on the weekends, even more so lately. You can get more or less up-to-date info here: http://www.mta.info/ The 'Weekender' app is available from the website for mobile devices and is a great tool!
ALL ARE WELCOME!!!
Also — If you haven’t already done so, please RSVP! We’ll need a fairly accurate head count this time around so if you’ve moved from ‘maybe’ to ‘yes’ if would be super if you could confirm that before Fri!
There will be FRIES, Pancakes, Omelets, Sandwiches, lots of lively discussion — and FRIES!!
RSVP in the comments or send me a kosmail. Include your personal email in the kosmail if you want to be added to the NYC meetup mailing list.
Sorry for any confusion!! Hope to see you on Saturday when we welcome our good friend and Kossack Peregrine Kate!!
