Trump bumped Stormy off the front page (for a while) by firing Rex "Trump's a Moron" Tillerson.
Whether Mike Pompeyo will service Trump's needs to his satisfaction remains to be seen.

The reviews coming in from experts on MSNBC on the new CIA director, Gina Haspel, are good. Wikipedia should have the bandwidth to handle inquiries. The only controversy listed about her on Wikipedia is
Controversies
On December 17, 2014, the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights pressed criminal charges against unidentified CIA operatives, after the US Senate Select Committee published its report on torture by US intelligence agencies.
On June 7, 2017, the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights called on the Public Prosecutor General of Germany to issue an arrest warrant against Haspel over claims she oversaw the torture of terrorism suspects. The complaint against her is centered on the case of Saudi national Abu Zubaydah.[20][21][22]
Haspel is a 33 year CIA veteran who breaks the mold for a Trump hire in actually having expertise in doing the job she will be asked to do…. (update) albeit with ample evidence she might be a psychopath:
Trump’s New CIA Director Helped Oversee Controversial Torture Program
In playing the "you're fired game” once again, he's also relegated the House Republican Committee's "vindication" of him as squeaky clean in the Russian Witch Hunt to below the fold news.
My hunch is that the only reason Tillerson lasted as long as he did was that he was a real friend of Putin. Perhaps part of the reason Trump wanted him fired was that he was jealous this.
Putin probably got him the job in the first place.
Also as far as jealousy, Tillerson had to have been a reminder that the former Enron honcho was a bigger business success than he was. Not only that, I doubt Trump appreciated that Tillerson was secure in his own skin and the confidence and self-assurance he exuded when in the presence of the emperor had to get under Trump’s thin skin.
The morning Twitter timeline is interesting. He fired Tillerson in a Tweet timelined at the same time as a Tweet about the economy and Rick Saccone. before going on to his usual Twittergrandiosity after doing I don’t want to know what for a few hours.
Two hours later, someone, I suspect not Trump put this on.
Finishing his morning executive time Twitterbation with bragging about the wall and making another attack on the state he loves to hate:
