Donald Trump was born with what I like to call "acute on chonic gold fever", caused by a strain so virulent, it defies the most potent antibiotics known to modern science. In fact, his unrelenting thirst for money motivated him to run for the Presidency. He became thoroughly consumed and obsessed, willing to do anything - cheat, sabotage, destroy.
An election victory would endear him to a gang of billionaires so wealthy and powerful, they take control of whole countries. Forbes recently named Putin most powerful man in the world.
Bloomberg crowned him richest.
An electoral loss for candidate Trump still would likely throne him media-frenzy king, no small consolation prize. He would have his own TV show, raging nightly for Fox news in spurts of spit spray, dirty dealing daily in the private sector without a peep.
But he won. And things got hard, namely whenever pest FBI Director James Comey starting poking around, threatening his newfound fortunes with Russia.
Whenever he got too close to the treasure vault, Trump retaliated by firing him May 9, 2017. Two days later, the FBI spontaneously floated this ominous message over Trump's favorite media platform. Not unprovoked, obviously...
Then the money snatcherd took their Trump-trolling a step further recently with the indictment of campaign manager and professional money launderer, grabbing millions from his clutches, mainly in real estate.
Make no mistake. The FBI has profiled Trump and known all along his Achilles. Money. It's that simple. If they want Trump to crack, they will go after his money. There is nothing more personal to him.
Mueller knows this.
Special counsel Robert Mueller has issued a subpoena to the Trump Organization to turn over documents related to Trump’s business interests in Russia. In July, Trump was asked if investigating his finances would be a “red line,” and he responded that it would be. Now that Mueller has sent a subpoena flying over that red line, the stakes could not be higher for Trump.
Trump-trolling. Now we're cooking.
Trump feeling the burn of the flames from stacks of money going up in smoke, fired another FBI employee, this time just hours before he was set to earn his pension.
The common thread with both Comey and McCabe is FBI asset forfeiture. It is the one force more captivating to Trump than Putin's gold bricks and North Korea's nukes.
I don't know about you all, but I like picturing Trump as a poor man, not because I have anything against being poor. I grew up poor (raised by a single mom supporting 3 on $13). I picture Trump a regular schlub because I believe it's his kryptonite. It would eat him alive. He doesn't want to be anything like the rural white poor stiffs he whips up into a riot. Their shared hate keeps them poor but makes him rich.
If the FBI one day (hopefully soon) seizes his assets, it will render him penniless and powerless on top of dickless.
Now suppose you want to get him to resign.
Just sayin'
