There has been another high school shooting, this time at Great Mills High School in Maryland, approximately 60 miles south of Washington, D.C. Details from NBC Washington:
Multiple people were injured in a shooting at a high school in southeast Maryland Tuesday morning, the St. Mary’s County sheriff’s office confirmed.
The situation has been described as “contained” by the St. Mary’s County sheriff’s office. The school district is asking parents NOT to go to the school, but to gather at another nearby high school.

Just last week, the students of Great Mills participated in a walkout to protest gun violence.
