The wedding was a beautiful reprieve and much-needed reminder of how some things can still bring the world together. Extending the loveliness of their wedding day on Saturday, Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle and Duke of Sussex Prince Harry donated all the flowers from their ceremony to hospice organizations in London as well as women’s shelters. The flowers consisted mostly of white roses named after Princess Diana. Here’s a picture of one happy hospice recipients of a royal bouquet.
Prior to the wedding, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle asked that anyone who might wish to send them a wedding gift, make a donation instead. The couple listed seven different charities they personally chose.

One might imagine or beleive the spirit of Princess Diana is smiling down.
