Okay, not really. (Besides it’s too late for that.) But that was how much I was loving her confronting Congressman Jim Jordan (R-OH) of the Judiciary Committee, about the IG report and Trump’s lies. She fought back against his talking points and talked over him as much as he tried to talk over her.
Now, based on a quick internet search, it seems they have clashed before. Interesting that he continues to come on her show. I can think of some reasons. They (the GOP) believe there is no such thing as bad publicity as long as they can get at least one of their talking points out over the air. He (Jordan) refuses to let a mere woman “best” him. Some of them can’t tell they’ve been bested and think they came out looking good (at least to their base). That’s just off the top of my head.

(The previous YouTube link expired so I have replaced it with an MSNBC link.)
Earlier today even Andrea Mitchell and “I’m too laid back to be critical” Craig Melvin seemed looser about criticizing Trump. Melvin even used the word “lie” more than once. Has the double debacle of G7 and the Singapore “Summit” plus the blatant propaganda of that crazy video and Lord Damp Nuts’ lying press conferences (including that wacko appearance on the front lawn today), and last but not least mama Sarah’s confrontational presser about government abducted refugee children of the last week finally freed the press from the stupor of how to treat this administration?
Oh, Good Lord, has it really only been a week!?!
(Okay, this doesn’t quite meet my personal requirements for a diary, but it was just so nice to see one of these propagandists challenged by a journalist it gave me the kind of Happy I wanted to share.)
