From the gutter underneath the White House, the most vilest of humans on the planet spouted another late-night twitter rant, this time against LeBron James and Don lemon of CNN. Dripping with racism, pettiness and butt-hurt, Trump called LeBron dumb and Lemon the “the dumbest man on television.”
With his icky fingers, he typed — “Lebron James was just interviewed by the dumbest man on television, Don Lemon. He made Lebron look smart, which isn’t easy to do. I like Mike!”
What triggered this latest outburst of rage, ugliness and racism? It was an interview of Lebron James by Don Lemon at CNN, where he talked about —
- A new elementary school in his hometown of Akron, Ohio, a joint effort of the LeBron James Family Foundation and Akron Public Schools, to benefit at-risk children
- How sports is something that unites people
- Separation of Immigrant kids from parents
- Race in America
- NFL protests
Sure, LeBron was not bashful about expressing his low opinion of Trump — that the president was “using sports to kinda divide us.” He has criticized Trump many times before, even calling him a “bum.”
All this must hurt the small and fragile ego of the most disgraceful person in the history of our nation to assume the office of the presidency. Also, he must think that his equally disgraceful base must love this poop-flinging at two of our most distinguished African-Americans (he has done this to many others before this).
The reactions to Trump’s heinous tweet are, as expected, swift and brutal and at the same time dignified.
This unpresident is unworthy of comparison with Obama or any other President.

The I Promise School
The I Promise School is a partnership between the LeBron James Family Foundation and Akron Public Schools, It opened Monday to third- and fourth-graders who are falling behind their peers academically.
From www.ohio.com/… -
The curriculum aims to adopt the “We Are Family” philosophy of the LeBron James Family Foundation, infuse it with STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) and take into account the struggles and traumas in students’ lives to provide “social-emotional learning.” It implements a year-round education for kids to retain what they learn.
The school includes a family resource center, where families of I Promise students can go for food, to earn their GEDs and to access a plethora of other county resources.

Let’s Move Forward
Let’s work to make sure that a few more republican-leaning independents shake their heads in disgust and flip their votes and a few more young voters are energized to show up at the polling booths this November. Let’s keep reminding people that we should reject Trump and his hateful divisive rhetoric; that every man, woman and child should feel insulted by Trump’s daily slurs; that most of America rejects Trump and all those who support Trump, as shown by poll numbers.
Let’s help Danny O’Connor win Tuesday’s special election in Ohio. Let’s write, inform, volunteer, make phone-calls and donate.
