Cook Political Reports has just shifted four US House races towards the Democrats and two toward the Republicans.
#FL18 Mast (R) - Lean R to Likely R
#FL27 OPEN (R) - Lean D to Toss Up
#GA07 Woodall (R) - Likely R to Lean R
#MN02 Lewis (R) - Toss Up to Lean D
#MN03 Paulsen (R) - Toss Up to Lean D
#NM02 OPEN (R) - Lean R to Toss Up
In Minnesota CD-3, Cook’s Report says Republicans are thinking of giving up on Paulsen because he is polling poorly and has voted too much in line with Trump.
A new New York Times/Siena poll showed Phillips leading the incumbent 51 percent to 42 percent, mirroring private data collected by both parties. And Democrats have already reserved millions in the Minneapolis market to argue Paulsen has "voted with Trump 97 percent of the time." GOP outside groups have begun discussing shifting funds elsewhere. The race moves from Toss Up to the Lean Democratic column.

The FAU BEPI Florida poll was conducted September 13-16, 2018. The sample consisted of registered voters who said they were more likely to vote than not, n=850, the poll’s margin of error (MOE) of +/- 3.3 percentage points. The data was weighted by ethnicity, region, party affiliation, gender based on a 2016 voter model. It is important to remember that subsets have higher margins of error, as the sample size is reduced. Data was collected using both an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system of landlines and an online panel provided by Survey Sampling International, SSI.
