Chronic pain, if you do not know, sucks.
I have osteoporosis which has led to back problems on top of osteoarthritis. It is not fun. Basically it results in a chronic pain in the lower central back.
I have tried everything medicine related for it, and nothing seems to work. I also have tried ice and heat, and nothing.
I ended up going to a back surgeon who said there was nothing he could do, but like my primary care doc he suggested I go to a pain clinic.
The doctor there was really nice and he said that meds would not really help as I tried many and none of them worked.
He suggested I get a spinal stimulator.
So… question for those of you with chronic back pain:
What have you tried that has worked, or not worked to alleviate pain?
