What did GWB once say?
There's an old saying in Tennessee — I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee — that says, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again.
Well the American people are waking up and won’t get fooled again.

A 56 percent majority of all Americans say they would “definitely not vote for him” should Trump become the Republican nominee, while 14 percent say they would consider voting for him and 28 percent would definitely vote for him.
These are BRUTAL numbers. To put them into perspective.
Across six polls during President Barack Obama’s first term, between 41 percent and 46 percent said they would “definitely not vote for him.”
Obama beat Romney 51-47.
14% of poll respondents said they would consider voting for trump. If we split that 14%, trump would lose roughly 60-40.
Those are Nixon McGovern numbers. And remember unlike ‘72, split ticket voting is all but dead.

With split ticket voting at an ALL TIME LOW, you’re looking at a disaster of biblical proportions for Republicans.
What do you mean, "biblical"?
What I mean is Old Testament. Real Wrath-of-God type stuff! Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies! Rivers and seas boiling! 40 years of darkness! Earthquakes, volcanoes! The dead rising from the grave to vote Democrat! Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together, mass hysteria!
Enough, I get the point! And what if you're wrong?
If I'm wrong, then nothing happens! trump wins a second term; I leave the Republican Party peacefully, quietly. I'll enjoy it! But if I'm right, and we can stop this thing... Mitch... you will have saved the seats of dozens of Republican Senators.
Still think the Senate won’t vote to convict?
