One of the favorite pro-Trump narratives is that he is cracking down on child sex trafficking, cause that's the kind of great Christian guy he is. The looney bin QAnon conspiracy theory is built around the claim that tens of thousands indictments of child traffickers are under sealed indictments, and come "The Storm" the military will be called up to arrest them all (who are mostly every democrat you ever heard of, and some RINOs of course). There are fake graphs, with completely fabricated numbers, claiming Trump's prosecutions for child sex trafficking are way up over Obama's. Child trafficking arrests (which are mostly done by states in any event) under Trump are about the same as they were under Obama.
The narrative took a hit yesterday when a Federal judge found that Trump's Secretary of Labor (Alex Acosta), was a U.S. Attorney who broke the law in giving a sweetheart deal to serial child rapist, and operator of a child sex/rape ring, Jeffrey Epstein. Acosta broke the law by not advising the victims of the deal. Had the victims been told about the deal (as the law requires) they could have objected to it, and it appears Trump's Secretary of Labor wanted very much to avoid that.
Epstein liked to fly his victims to his private island on his own plane dubbed "The Lolita Express" (for the record, Bill Clinton is a rumored passenger too). Here's some of things the judge found Epstein did (brace yourself).

Alex Acosta's office would eventually enter into a non-prosecution agreement with Epstein that not only made him immune to prosecution but also any and all co-conspirators of his. Under the deal, even the Federal indictment against Epstein remained sealed. Epstein would plead guilty to a single charge from the State of Florida. Jake Tapper may have said it best, “[the] DOJ and then-US Attorney Acosta’s office demonstrated everything but fealty to the accused pedophile and misled his victims. The question is WHY.”
Facing life in prison on the original charges, Epstein was sentenced to 18 months, and it was a rather comfortable 18 months at that. Epstein was not sent to state prison like most sex offenders convicted in Florida. Instead, Epstein got a private wing of the Palm Beach County stockade. He was allowed to hire his own security detail and granted "work release" to his downtown office for up to 12 hours a day six days a week. He served 13 months of this halftime prison before being released.
Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein are (or at least were) good pals. Just read carefully what Trump had to say about Epstein in 2002:

During a deposition of Jeffrey Epstein the following exchange took place:
Q: Have you ever had a personal relationship with Donald Trump?
Epstein: What do you mean by "personal relationship," sir?
Q. Have you socialized with him?
Epstein: Yes, sir.
Q. Yes?
Epstein: Yes, sir.
Q. Have you ever socialized with Donald Trump in the presence of females under the age of 18?
Epstein: Though I'd like to answer that question, at least today I'm going to have to assert my Fifth, Sixth, and 14th Amendment rights, sir.
Notice how Epstein could talk about Trump until he got to that last question?
In a deposition of Jeffrey Epstein’s brother, Mark Epstein, the following exchange occurred:
Q. What was the purpose of Donald Trump riding on your brother's airplane?
A. You'll have to ask Donald. I think he wanted a ride back to New York.
Q. What was your understanding of the relationship of Donald Trump and your brother?
A. They were friends.

Trump knew of Nader's conviction when the picture was taken. The Secret Service didn't want Nader near Trump because of the conviction but Trump overruled all that. Why? Because Nader the pedophile donated enough money to Trump's campaign, that's why. That earned him the right to this picture even though he sodomized little boys and peddled in child porn videos of little boys. Nader is also tied to helping the Trumps with connections to Saudi Arabia.
Finally there is the child trafficking the Trump Administration itself has engaged in. The Administration admits it separated hundreds (perhaps thousands, they really don't even know how many) of children from parents, gave them away to they don't know who, and now have no way to even find them. The Administration begs the court to not make them find the kids, because it would be too hard. If that's not child trafficking, what is?
