Back in the day, there was a game young teens played at house parties: 7 Minutes In Heaven. Two kids would go into a closet or dark room away from the partygoers and do whatever they wanted for seven minutes. No witnesses. According to Wiki the game originated in Japan back in the 1950s.
Fast forward to yesterday when Senator Kamala Harris questioned AG Barr before the Senate – and the entire world – for what I call: Barr’s 7 Minutes and 54 Seconds In Hell.
As summed up by The Washington Post, Barr went all “…homina homina homina…” when Kamala Harris did what she does best — in her cool, calm and Happy Warrior way.
Washington Post:
Under questioning from Harris, Barr pulled a big homina homina homina when asked whether the White House had ever asked or suggested that he open an investigation into anyone. www.washingtonpost.com/…
Then the Occupant weighs on — where else? — Fox.
CNN asks Harris to respond to the Occupamt’s “Nasty” comment — starts at the 1:15 mark (watch Kamala’s expressions):
TRUMP DUBBS KAMALA HARRIS “NASTY” FOR HUMILIATING BARR
Vanity Fair:
…in an appearance on Fox Business Wednesday night, Trump accused Harris of being “very nasty” for having the temerity to ask Barr if he’d read all the evidence before concluding the president had not obstructed justice, despite the many instances in which he tried. That’s the second time in a week that Trump, famous for calling women who dare to criticize him “nasty”, has labeled Harris as such, telling Sean Hannity earlier this week that the former prosecutor “has a little bit of a nasty wit, but that might be it.” www.vanityfair.com/…
And Senator Harris goes “Back at ya.”
KAMALA HARRIS RESPONDS TO TRUMP CALLING BARR QUESTIONS 'NASTY': PRESIDENT'S PRIMARY INTEREST IS TO ‘OBSTRUCT JUSTICE’
Newsweek:
Speaking on Morning Joe on Thursday, it was clear Harris had little time for the president’s concerns. “Let me be very clear about how I think about what is important and what is before us,” she said. “We have a president of the United States—I think that has been clear as a result of what we know from the Mueller report—his primary interest has been to obstruct justice. My primary interest is to pursue justice. And you can call that whatever name you want.” www.newsweek.com/…
He calls her Nasty? Doesn’t that qualify for the pot-kettle file?
Perhaps we should turn the tables on President Nasty a la Janet Jackson:
Nasty boys don’t mean a thing
Oh you nasty boys
Don't mean a thing to me, huh
Nasty! Don't mean a thing, huh
Oh you nasty boys Uhh!
