“It’s very brave to express an opinion,” her film teacher said this past Friday as he introduced the film to a packed high school auditorium.
Darby Wilson is eighteen years old, a graduating high-school senior.
She wrote the screenplay for this short film, and produced it, and starred in it, and even sang the soundtrack.
Darby has an opinion on what is happening in Alabama, and Ohio, and Kentucky, and Georgia, and Missouri, and Mississippi—and she expresses it beautifully and with power.
The future belongs to young women like Darby. She will make a difference in the world, and is already doing just that! Please take a few minutes to watch this gem of a video, and then share it where you think it might do good.
