We are family
I got all my sisters with me
We are family
Get up everybody and sing
Everyone can see we're together
As we walk on by
(And) and we fly just like birds of a feather
I won't tell no lie!
We are a family who supports our candidate, Kamala Harris, and sisterhood is powerful!
And do not let us forget our wonderful brothers, who stand with us in our desire to see Kamala Harris elected President of the United States in 2020, and who are working with the sisters to achieve that goal.
Well, I've got a hammer
And I've got a bell
And I've got a song to sing
All over this land
It's the hammer of justice
It's the bell of freedom
It's a song about love between
My brothers and my sisters
All over this land.
We brothers and sisters have our candidate’s back. In yesterday’s diary, WYgalinCali said:
I remember the pain I felt watching the returns come in for Hillary. I felt like I had “let her down.” So, this campaign season, I have pledged to “up my game.” I will do everything I can to make sure it doesn’t take another 240 years to hear the words ‘Madam President’.
Yes! We will donate, canvass, text, get the word out through the #KHive, write postcards, and share diaries on social media.
Also in yesterday’s diary, Sandy1 remarked:
Thanks for all the great info on Kamala. Like a lot of us who voted for Hillary I want a woman POTUS. Kamala has been my first choice since she entered the race. She's smart, savvy, and engaging. I just hope she can pull out of the pack at some point.
Well, sisters and brothers, let’s help pull her out of the pack and put her ahead! One thing we can do is tweet our Kamala diaries every day to the misogynist male-dominated media. If enough of us do it they’re going to wonder why so many people are excited about her candidacy! Try tweeting to your hometown newspaper and other news organizations: @CBSnews, @nytimes, @washingtonpost, @TIME, and so on.
And of course we can share Kamala diaries and tweets on other social media such as Facebook.
And once she’s out of the pack and becomes the actual Democratic nominee, what then? What if El Creepo Presidente decides to stalk her around the debate stage, as he did with Hillary? Here’s what StarbucksGirl, the Queen of Twitter Pushback, had to say on that subject:
Just wait. He’ll do the stalker [thing] to her like he did to Hillary. Only I hope she stops and says something like “You see how he’s stalking me around the stage? He’s trying to intimidate me and throw me off my game. He won’t. I’ve dealt with creeps far worse than him and landed them behind bars,” then turn and say “are you done?”
We won’t let the MSM do to Senator Harris what they did to Secretary Clinton. We’ll push back HARD. And we’ll win!

Group Guidelines
The Kamala2020 community group has been created to positively support Senator Kamala Harris, and not to engage in negativity towards other Democrats running in the 2020 primaries.
All should be made to feel welcomed here. What’s not welcomed here is petty bickering over any of our preferred candidates, or personal attacks on fellow Democrats. We’re not responsible for the actions of others who may offend, insult or attempt to sow discord and disunity — that’s on them.
What we are responsible for are our own words and actions — that’s 100% on us.
I’d like to ask all group members, as well as those dropping by who support or are interested in Kamala’s bid for the nomination, that we not respond to negativity from other campaign’s supporters with even more negativity. Let’s do better than our best and respond with respect, humor or try to hold our peace. Recipes and cat pics work, too 😃
Doing no harm costs us nothing... pie-fights will cost us everything.
