After yesterday’s outrageous demonstration on how to break Federal Election Laws — one of the Commissioners in charge of enforcing those Laws, felt compel to publicly say something about it:
‘Let me make something 100% clear’: FEC chair lays down the law on foreign help
The head of the Federal Election Commission released a statement on Thursday evening reiterating, emphatically, that foreign assistance is illegal in U.S. elections.
“Let me make something 100% clear to the American public and anyone running for public office: It is illegal for any person to solicit, accept, or receive anything of value from a foreign national in connection with a U.S. election,” wrote Ellen Weintraub, commissioner of the FEC. “This is not a novel concept.”
She also sent the statement via Twitter with the introductory line: “I would not have thought that I needed to say this.”

It is indeed, unbelievable that the FEC has to ‘correct the record’ like that.
But those are the times, in which we live — when ‘lawlessness’ is rapidly become the rule, instead of exception.
Given the prime examples provided by the Career Crook Plaintiff in the White House, is it any wonder, we’ve sunk so far, so fast. To a place in time, when keeping the Law, is considered something entirely “optional” in Trumpland.

Trump continued. "Oh, give me a break – life doesn't work that way."
“The FBI is wrong.”

Just wait, in 3, 2, … 1 … “The FEC will be wrong too.”
The Chief-Lawbreaker will ordain it.

Indeed.
