Yes, Thank you, Kossacks!!
Just a couple of months ago I ask for help from the community so that I could make a trip to the Memorial for my slane cousin. May 31st I made that trip to Hancock County Tennessee along the banks of the Clinch River. Where the memorial was held. We had Family in from Utah, Minnesota, North Carolina ( 3 separate locations), Indiana, Main, Kentucky, And Tennessee. 25 family members in all made it to the memorial and family reunion event. What I thought was going to be me and my sister traveling down ended up being Her, her Son and Grand Daughter then Me and my two sons in separate vehicles. My sister's son paid for their room and transportation. Your generous donations paid for the Motel room for me and my sons along with the fuel for both the trip down and the return trip home.
Thanks to My son's Grandmother for the generous offer of her car for the trip I did not have to rent one. The trip went very well even with the severe thunderstorms we passed through in KY on Friday.
Saturday when the services were held and the reunion took place it was outstanding weather. The trip home was also wonderful weather.
Thank you, Kossacks!! Without you, I could have not made this trip and said my last goodbye to my cousin. And said Hello to the family members I have never met only seen in pictures.
Thank you all again. AvalonBear
