I just ordered from Wayfair for the first time. The campaign intern who is staying with me and I just finished putting it together last night. Here is the letter I sent in response to their request for feedback on the purchase.
This was my first Wayfair purchase — I used the company on the recommendation of a friend — I am very impressed with the quality and service and will use Wayfair again and again. However, I am appalled by conditions of refugees on the border and although what is happening may be “legal” it is morally reprehensible and I will not support a company that is enabling that situation. I understand that from a business perspective this is a slippery slope-making moral judgements is not generally good for business. However, there are hundreds of children in a deplorable situation and I will do whatever I can no matter how insignificant. I am very impressed that you have an organization which has employees willing to take on this fight. It speaks well for the management. I look forward to being able to shop with you again and recommend you to my friends.
