We have completed two of the four quarterfinal matches. In the first match, Kamala Harris pulled out an impressive 5-3 victory over Jay Inslee, whom many here are supporting because of his focus on climate change. In the second match, Elizabeth Warren dominated John Delaney, winning by a 9-0 score. this sets up a semi-final between Harris and Warren, two of the top candidates both in the real world and on this site. This should be a good match, so make sure everyone is aware of this.
Today’s match is:
Amy Klobuchar v Bernie Sanders
This is the first matchup of the five group winners. The last of the three women in the quarter-finals, will Klobuchar’s steady hand and persistence be able to hold back the firepower of the Democratic Socialist Bernie Sanders?
Scoring: it’s win, lose, or overtime. Yes, you can pick one, or the other, or “overtime” if you can’t make up your mind. If there is overtime, it’s one additional day, one player or the other, and it’s TOTAL votes from both polls!
Feel free to comment, complain (only a little), improve, or anything. Just remember, this is for fun.
The last quarter-final match will begin Tuesday at 9:00.
